1. RESERVATIONS & SERVICE |

When you make a booking through our website, your booking is not
confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us.
Bookings made over the phone; we will send you the confirmation by
post or via e-mail. Our service is based on information provided by
hotels. Although we do our utmost best to ensure that all
information provided on this website is accurate, we cannot
guarantee that all information is comprehensive and error-free nor
can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of
information. |

2. CHECK IN/OUT TIMES |
|
Unless otherwise noted, check-in time for all hotels is 14:00 hrs
and check-out time for all hotels is 12:00 hrs. If you arrive before
the check-in time or depart after the check-out time, you are fully
responsible for any extra charges asked by the hotel.

does not accept responsibility for the consequences of
late/non-arrival that in the event of a No Show cancellation
procedure applies. |

3. PRIVACY POLICY |
|
Your privacy is very important for us and we take this matter
seriously. The information we request when making your reservation
is requested in order to offer you a professional service and we
will only disclose your personal information to third parties for
the purposes of completing your booking through us, in order to
provide you with the information or services you have requested, or
with your explicit consent. We do not share this information with
outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that
reservation. We use return email addresses to send you a
confirmation and such addresses will not used for any other purpose
and are not shared with outside parties. All credit or debit card
payments will be made through a secure server that again your
personal information is protected and will not be shared with
outside parties. |

4. PAYMENTS
|
|
When you make a booking, our reservation system will sent you online
invoice for a deposit to secure your booking. Most hotels &
properties in our list accept direct payments from the guests which
means you do not need to make a further payment to us where you pay
the remaining balance on the arrival. On the other hand, there are
also some other hotels in our portfolio which requires full payment
before the guests arrive. In this case we need to charge full
remaining balance and we will inform you about how to make a secure
payment. If full balance required, payments should be made latest 14
days of arrival and payments made less than 14 days will be
considered as a cancelled reservation where the cancellation rules
apply.
Your confirmation invoice will clearly show if it is a deposit only
or a full payment booking. We accept payments by Credit or Debit
cards, Paypal, Bank Transfers and Cheques. We will not confirm your
booking until the funds fully cleared in our bank account if it is a
bank transfer or cheque payment. |

5. CANCELLATION
|
|
Cancellation of your booking can be made any time in writing by the
leading person of the reservation. All cancellation requests are
subject to cancellation charges which will be depending on the time
you gave your notification. In the event of a No Show there will be
No REFUNDS and it will be considered as a cancellation. In case of a
deposit only booking you will loose the full deposit and there will
be NO REFUNDS. In case of a full payment, the cancellation charges
will be levied as follow:

6. ALTERATIONS/AMENDMENTS/SPECIAL REQUESTS |
|
We understand there can be changes in travel plans. Therefore, all
alteration or amendment requests are subject to availability and we
will do our best to accommodate your changes. Also there will be an
admin cost of MYR30 per booking per alteration/amendment.
All requests will be noted but they are subject to availability. |

7. SYAZA TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD |
|
7.1 Alterations/ Amendments/ Cancellations
Syaza Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel or make
amendments to a booking when the existence of the contract is
threatened by reason of war or threat of war, riots, civil strife,
industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear
disasters, fire or adverse weather conditions and other similar
circumstances beyond the control of
Syaza Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.
We also reserve the right of canceling your reservation due to
operational reasons such as change/unavailability of accommodation,
refurbishment/reconstruction of hotels, severe customer complaints,
health & safety reasons, etc. In this case, Syaza Travel & Tours Sdn
Bhd will either offer a similar property or provide full
refund of monies. |

7.2 Visas, Health and Travel Insurance
We can supply general information regarding passports, visas and
health requirements but ultimately you are responsible for the
provision of necessary valid documents including visas for entry the
country of travel. We also highly recommend our clients to have a
travel insurance to protect themselves |

7.3 Price Guarantee Policy
All credit or debit card charges are subject to 3% charges in the
prices. Unlike some other competitor companies we do not charge
extra for taxes to pay, booking fees, reservation cost, etc. We have
a price guarantee policy that cost of your accommodation is your
final cost. |

7.4 Complaints
Syaza Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd
strives for total customer satisfaction and in the unlikely event of
you encountering any problems during your stay, please contact
directly with the hotel or accommodation provider. Any other
complaints in respect of your booking must be made in writing within
14 days of the end of the journey concerned |

7.5 Jurisdiction
Syaza Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd
is a Malaysia registered company. Therefore, our contract is
subject and should be under
terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance
with the laws of Malaysia. |
